Safety

Safety you can see.

Every worker is verified before they can be booked. Every agreement is written down. Every incident is followed up. And you can see all of it.

  • Verified workers only
  • Fees shown before you book
  • Designed to be accessible
  • Built and hosted in Australia

Four layers of safety

  • Verified people

Identity, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children and qualification checks, confirmed against official registers.

  • Written agreements

What the support is, what it costs and how to cancel, agreed before anything starts.

  • A team that follows up

Incidents and complaints go to a safeguarding team that looks into every one.

  • Private by design

Health information is encrypted, stored in Australia, and shown only to people you authorise.

You are in control of who sees what

Your profile, your notes and your health information are yours. You choose which workers and which organisations can see each part, and you can change it at any time. Every time staff look at sensitive information, it is recorded and they must give a reason.

  • Share only what a worker needs
  • Give family or a coordinator access, and take it back
  • Staff access to sensitive information is audited

Common questions

How do I know a worker is who they say they are?

We verify photo identity before a worker can be booked, and the checks and qualifications on their profile are confirmed by us, not self-reported.

What if I feel unsafe during a session?

End the session, make sure you are safe, and contact emergency services if you need to. Then report it to us; we will follow up quickly.

Can a worker see my address before I book?

No. Workers see your suburb while you are searching and messaging. Your address is shared only after you accept an agreement with them.

Support you can trust, chosen by you

Creating an account takes about two minutes. You choose who you work with, and you can stop at any time.
